Project Manager / Acquisitions Specialist

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts deal-hunter and project executor — someone who can spot opportunity in distressed assets and lead them through a successful transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and evaluate real estate deals (MLS, off-market, wholesaler leads)
Analyze comps, determine ARV, and run MAO calculations
Manage rehab budgets, timelines, contractors, and city inspections
Coordinate stabilization for rentals or flips (tenant-ready handoff)
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to keep projects on track
What You’ll Be Doing
Comfortable walking distressed properties and scoping repairs
Skilled at running numbers and pitching deals
Able to lead contractors, track rehab timelines, and solve on-site issues
Obsessed with execution, detail, and deal flow
Professional, coachable, and focused on results
Experience in real estate investment, project management, construction, or acquisitions strongly preferred
